"I just had to write and tell you what a brilliant holiday we had in Nepal. Words cannot begin to describe how fantastic it was. Everyday was action packed and filled with laughter and fun. Our guide Gopi was outstanding. The efforts put in by Himalyan Encounters to ensure we had a good holiday was unbeleivable. The hotel and transpoet (sic) was of a very high standard, much better than we expected. The children loved Gopi and the tears flowed when we all said goodbye. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was the consumate professional as well as being more child friendly than we could ever have imagined..."

"It would be impossible to find any fault..."

"we had an amazing holiday and I feel humbled. inspired and exhilartaed (sic) all in one go. Theo summed up the holiday when I asked what his favourite moment was and he replied ' all of it'. Thank you to everyone who played their part in making our holiday the trip of a lifetime, we are so grateful"

"One of the challenges of finding a successful family holiday is choosing one which has something for everybody - in my case husband (stressed out Exec) need for an escape from the rat race, son (active 6 year old) love of animals and adventure and me (hassled working mum) love of the outdoors and hiking."

"All my commuter's fantasies of an escape from reality for a few weeks came true on this trip and our family had a real 'Boys own Adventure' as a result, staying in a log cabin overlooking one of the 130 lakes in the Hossa region, with lunch each day a cook out over a woodland fire, with Urpo, our fantastic guide. Oliver was able to see Brown Bears feeding in the wild, tried canoeing for the first time, and is probably telling tales of spotting reindeer and enormous woodland mushrooms right now to his friends on his first day back at school. Has the memory of this holiday faded, like some, into the distance once the photos have been downloaded and printed? - not if the current smile on my face as I'm tapping away out these words on a crowded commuter train is anything to go by. I am risking spoiling our secret by spilling the beans on 'our' Finnish gem, although I am fairly sure that the Brownlee family will have beaten you to it with our second visit once you decide to go... "

"...many thanks for arranging the trip and we shall be in touch regarding the next one(s)."
