The magnificent Tatras Mountains provide a base for summer and winter trips, and are full of pine forests, snowfields and mountain lakes.

Slovak Paradise Park is a great place for walking in both summer and winter; and Tatranska Lomnica is the perfect base from which to enjoy winter activities, such as husky sledding and skiing.

In the summer, you can walk to the cascading waterfalls of Studeny Potok, visit Spis Castle and cycle in the Levoca Mountains. Dunajec Gorge is a fantastic setting for a rafting family adventure.
