Mark Wright has spent over 25 years working in travel, specialising purely in adventure and family holidays. He previously founded and ran The Adventure Company, Families Worldwide and Chameleon Worldwide. Mark pioneered the first ever worldwide programme of family adventure holidays in 1997 and has led the field in this niche ever since. Very much an innovator and perfectionist, he is still loves to relax and travel with his family, who have been all over the world with him over the years and are now growing up into keen independent travellers themselves.

Michaela has spent the last ten years working in travel; specialising in bespoke long haul trips, PR in the adventure world, and even spent a stint living down under organising Australian tours. A great lover of the outdoors and embarking on adventures of every kind.

Stewart has been working in the travel industry for over 12 years, and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel where he lives with his wife, daughter and dog. Some of his favourite travel experiences include a year in Australia, a family safari holiday to Kenya, a recce trip to Tibet, New Zealand & Colombia, a honeymoon in India, beaches of Thailand, the Caribbean, Greece & Sri Lanka...
