Where do the new ‘In Style’ trips visit?
We’ve launched the first family ‘In Style’ trips to some of our most popular destinations – Thailand, Costa Rica, Sri Lanka and India. Even if you’ve visited these countries before on a Families Worldwide holiday, these new itineraries will show you a different side to the country to what you’ve seen before.
For example, on the India In Style trip, you’ll stay in India’s fine heritage hotels, which are beautiful historic places that give you and your family a real insight into the country’s past.
Sri Lanka In Style includes two jeep safaris for opportunities to spot elephants, leopards and other animals, as well as a trek in Horton Plains – a beautiful national park not visited on any of our other itineraries.
For Thailand In Style, we wanted to give you a full taste of the Southeast Asian country. While you visit cities, islands and national parks that are very much on the tourist trail, we’ve included activities we think are much more interesting and engaging than what the usual tourist does. The hotels are 4* and all have pools.
Finally, Costa Rica In Style focuses on the lesser-visited south west of the country, where the wildlife rich Osa Peninsula can be found, as well as Manuel Antonio, where the rainforest meets the ocean at a wild beach. See jungle clad mountains and the crater of Costa Rica’s tallest volcano, Irazu, before you retire at an eclectic mix of family friendly hotels and lodges.
