Cameron Highlands

Escape the city for the cool retreats of the Cameron Highlands tea plantations and honey farms. Learn about tea picking and spend timne trekking, bird watching and enjoying refreshing cups of tea!

The Cameron Highlands is an unspoilt region of lofty mountains, tea plantations, forests and waterfalls. Great for walkers and it’s possible to visit the remote hill tribe villages of the Orang Asli people.

The highlands were first mapped in 1885 by William Cameron and the hill station retains old English quintessential charm, with mock Tudor houses serving tea in the afternoon and gin and tonics in the evenings.
