Morocco has so much to offer, from famed exotic cities, to imposing mountain ranges. On this trip we spend a week exploring the rugged and dramatic Atlantic Coastline of Morocco, with its high cliff tops, argan forests and wide deserted beaches.

  • Explore Paradise Valley, on the edge of the Atlas Mountain range
  • Take a camel ride along the rugged Atlantic Coast
  • Explore the wonders of the coastal city of Essaouira
  • Learn to surf in one of the world's best destinations

Discover the old fortified city of Essaouira and find out why Morocco's Atlantic coast is such a haven for water sports lovers.

The week starts off with exploring the beautiful Paradise Valley, on the edges of the Atlas Mountain range, before we pick up our camels and head off on a 2-day camel trek along the coastline crossing cliff top plateaus, wide deserted beaches then passing by small fishing communes and finishing the trek on the outskirts of Essaouira, where we experience the thrill of the Atlantic surf with some surfing lessons, and we finish the week in the resort city of Agadir.

Please contact us for tailor-made extension ideas. You may wish to extend your stay for a few nights in Marrakesh to see the wonders of the Red City, or you may want to spend some time in the Atlas Mountains, venture out into the Sahara, or just stay by the beach. You could even tag on some time exploring some of Moroccos' other imperial cities - Fez, Meknes and Rabat.

On arrival in Agadir, we transfer to our accommodation in Auorir.

Paradise is on the very edge of the Atlas Mountain range, and here we explore the beautiful valleys, argan forests and waterfalls where we can swim in the pools.
  3. Days 3-4 : Camel Trek from Sidi Ahmed to Sidi Mbarek

Today we meet our trekking guides and camels and start our 2-day trek.

Our camel trek takes us along the coast to Sidi Kaouki beach, where we have lunch with a local family and transfer to Essaouira.

  4. Day 5: Morning city tour of Essaoira & Afternoon Surf lesson

We enjoy a morning tour of Essaouira to see the fishing port, old city walls and the beautiful souks and medina. This afternoon, we meet our surf instructors for an afternoon of surfing.

Enjoy an all day surf session on the fantastic beaches of Essaouira.

On the second day, we enjoy one final surf session before transferring to Agadir.

Our Moroccan adventure is sadly at an end, and we're taken back to the airport in Agadir for our flight home.
  7. Days 8-10 : OPTIONAL EXTENSION: Marrakech

For those families wanting to extend their time in Morocco, we recommend spending some time in the 'Red City' of Marrakech. In Marrakech, you can spend time exploring the maze of souks, enjoy cooking classes, visit the museums and go for a day trip into the Atlas Mountains. Speak to our team to discuss any of these options in more detail.

Please note: The surfing lessons will take place on whichever beach has the most favourable surf conditions and will be chosen by our instructors on the day.
