Based in the Montenegrin Riviera town of Budva, we are introduced to the mountains of the Lovcen National Park and quiet coastal towns by bicycle. Next, we experience the calm waters of the Bay of Boka on kayaks as we paddle and swim in the inlets. We then enjoy the thrills and spills of the Rikavac Canyon emerging by the walls of the Old Citadel of Bar, before discovering the wonders of the underwater world of the Adriatic Sea on a scuba diving experience. Finally, we hike through the coastal pine forests to one of the best views of the coastline that we admire whilst enjoying a delicious picnic.
Typical Itinerary

Day 1: Fly to Tivat
Transfer to the Riviera town of Budva, our base for the week. -
Day 2: Cycling in the Lovcen National Park
Catch the cable-car to the summit of Lovcen Mountain and go on a cycle ride through mountain forest and villages stopping off at some viewpoints for great photo opportunities. -
Day 3: Cycling & Kayaking in Boka Bay
Cycle through peaceful and charming coastal towns of Prcanj & Verige before enjoying kayaking on the waters of the bay, paddling and swimming through the inlets and beaches. -
Day 4: Day at leisure to enjoy the beach & explore Budva
Today is free to enjoy at your leisure, either spending the day at the beach, by the pool or exploring the town of Budva. -
Day 5: Canyoning in Rikavac Canyon and explore the old citadel of Bar
Today we drive to the town of Bar for an introduction to canyoning in the Rikavac Canyon, sliding and jumping down up to 10 waterfalls emerging by the walls of the old citadel.

Day 6: Scuba Diving in the Bay of Kotor
Under the instruction of a professional diving instructor enjoy an introduction to scuba diving in the warm waters of the Bay of Kotor, looking out for the local marine residents such as octopus and the bright red sea stars. -
Day 7: Hiking in Vrmac
Hike past abandoned farm buildings reclaimed by nature, through dense coastal pine forest to Sveti Ilija and enjoy a picnic besides one of the best views of the Montenegrin coastline. -
Day 8: Transfer to Tivat & Fly to UK
Transfer to Tivat airport for your flight home. -
Days 8-10 : OPTIONAL EXTENSION: Lakes & Mountains of Northern Montenegro
For those families who want to experience more Montenegro, we can highly recommend spending a few days in the Mountainous National parks in the north, such as the Prokletije National Park or the Durmitor National park, where you can discover mountain villages, beautiful pastures, lakes & valleys and get off the grid staying in traditional mountain huts.
