Next we have a chance to cycle through the beautiful countryside around the old Venetian town of Trogir, stopping in a small village en route, then relax on the lovely white-sand beach at Medena where there’s a variety of water sports to choose from.
Cruising to scenic Drvenik Veli Island, we spend a couple of days swimming, snorkelling, travelling by speedboat, and kayaking around the Blue Lagoon, exploring the island of Solta and relaxing on idyllic beaches before returning to the mainland for an exciting ride down Cetina Canyon. This is the perfect choice for active families who also like a bit of free time to explore by themselves – a leisure day is included in the itinerary to give you the chance to do as much or as little as you wish!
Our Coastal Croatia itinerary is also based for a week in the quaint medieval fishing village of Seget Donji on the central Dalmatian coast. Suitable for children over six years old, this is a relaxing holiday focusing on enjoying the nearby islands by boat, swimming in shallow bays fringed by white-sand beaches. Explore the World Heritage Sites of Spilt and Trogir – the latter, a beautiful medieval walled town with marble streets and impressive bridges, and visit Krka National Park, famous for its 17 waterfalls and clear rivers which you can swim in.
