Often called Europe's best kept secret the Azores lie mid-Atlantic between Lisbon and New York. Verdant, diverse and beautiful this far flung paradise is still relatively little visited by tourists and offers us a unique chance to see its magnicifient marine wildlife in close up. We are based on Pico Island where Pico Mountain itself, a long dormant volcano, dominates everything. Our family holiday for 2009 & 2010 is:
