Things to see in Nepal: Himalayan Trekking
There are many routes in the Annapurna ranges of varying length and difficulty - one is bound to suit your family. First chose if you would like to camp or stay in Tea Houses or Lodges - some of which are now exceedingly comfortable and delightfully located. Then decide your duration as a typical day would involve 3-4 hours slow and steady walking - lunch - then 2 or 3 hours more walking. (Porters will carry your luggage; you just carry a day sack.) Then let us do the rest! For camping you are fully supported by a trek team. 2-person insulated tents with mattresses are provided together with mess tent, tables and chairs, kerosene cookers, lanterns and toilet tents - you will not be uncomfortable. Meals are provided by your camp cook and start with morning tea brought to your tent, breakfast lunch and a three course evening meal. Hot water is provided for washing. For a more challenging trek we can arrange a program to suit you in the Everest foothills, staying in comfortable tea houses.
