Nile Cruise & Red Sea

There's plenty of time to relax and also absorb the history of Ancient Egypt on this holiday. From the bustle of Cairo, the grandeur of the pyramids and the treasures of Tutankhamun you'll then take an overnight train to Aswan. Here you'll board a cruise boat for three days that meanders down the Nile stopping off en route at the temples of Karnak and the Valley of the Kings. You can ride on camels, donkeys and on a calesh. On the fringes of the Sahara, you will find nomad camps, desert markets and rock gorges as well as the stunning spectacle of giant sand dunes. This is real desert trekking and your imagination will be able to run wild in this perpetual wilderness. Of course you will have your camels with you so that if you fancy a ride you can climb on.
