Scenic flight over the Okavango Delta

Begin your adventure with a scenic flight over the floodplains of the Okavango Delta followed by a game drive to your wilderness camp in Moremi. Continue your journey as you visit the Savuti Channel and Chobe River.
Spend time wildlife watching on game drives and boat trips, followed by evenings around the campfire listening to the sounds of the wild. Hear the haunting cry of the fish eagle, see herds of elephants and buffalo, tsessebe and zebra, as well as large and small predators.
Day1: Depart UK
Depart the UK on an overnight flight via Johannesburg to Maun, arriving the following day.
Day2: Arrive Maun
Arriving into Maun today, your day here is at leisure.
Day3: Fly to Okavango Delta
Begin your adventure with a scenic flight in a light aircraft over the Okavango Delta before arriving at Moremi Game Reserve. Enjoy a game drive in the reserve before finally arriving at camp.
Day4: Explore Moremi Game Reserve on vehicle & boat safaris
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Moremi, which is known for its wild dog population, lions, leopard and cheetah, as well as taking a motorboat cruise on the Xakanaxa Lagoon.
Day5: Drive to Khwai
Enjoy a full day's game drive through Moremi to your camp overlooking the Khwai River.
Day6: Wildlife safaris
Morning and afternoon game drives exploring the area around the Khwai River, including the Dombo hippo pools.
Day7: Drive to Savuti
Early morning vehicle safari in Moremi before continuing northwards across the Mababe depression to the Savuti.
Day8: Wildlife safaris
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Savuti in search of predators. Visit rocky outcrops inhabited by the kilpspringer antelope, and see a small collection of Bushman Rock Art.
Days9-10: Chobe National Park
Drive to Chobe National Park, wildlife watching en route. Chobe is one of the best wildlife viewing spots in Southern Africa, where it's possible to see large herds of elephant and buffalo, plus huge numbers of water birds. Families can take a river cruise to see wildlife, and then camp overnight overlooking the Chobe River.
Day11: Drive to Kasane & depart
Drive out of Chobe National Park to the town of Kasane, from where you will join a transfer to either Livingstone or Victoria Falls airport.
Day12: Arrive UK
You should note: It is possible to extend your stay in either Livingstone or Victoria Falls, if you have more time. The magnificent Victoria Falls are one of the seven natural wonders of the world, and offer a choice of adventure sports such as rafting, river-boarding, scenic flights and canoe safaris.

This tour includes eight nights in a full serviced mobile safari camp, with a guide, chef and support staff; you are not required to help with chores. Accommodation is in 2-man dome tents, approximately 3 x 3 metres. All bedding is provided and includes a camp bed, mattress, duvet, blankets, pillows, towels and paraffin lamp. All tents have en suite ablution facilities (bucket shower and chemical toilet).
