Day 2 - To Gulfoss falls via Geysir
Day tour to the impressive Gullfoss waterfall, which can be admired from many viewpoints. You then move on to the Geysir geothermal area, with spouting geysers and many small bubbling hot pots. Today you pass by many volcanoes and waterfalls, giving a full impression of the volcanic history of Iceland. You stop to see a "salmon staircase" and visit a tomato farm.

In the morning there is an opportunity to go for a relaxed walking in the nature park near your accommodation. There is also the option of arranging a horse trek around the nature park. In the afternoon you take a 4WD jeep ride into the snowy mountains around Hveragerdi. You then take a late afternoon transfer to Fakasel Stable for a typical dinner and horse riding show.
