A short flight and drive brings you to a superb, undiscovered mountain area, with gentle walking, and a good mix of mountain scenery, villages, beach and souks. There's time to explore the ancient inland city of Fez and Meknes, visit Volubilis and see one of the best preserved Roman ruins in North Africa, as well as the opportunity to dip your toes in the Atlantic.
The highlight of this trip provides an experience of traditional, rural Morocco at an unhurried pace in the glorious 'yet to be explored' Rif Mountains.

- Full day sightseeing in Fez; see medina, palaces and souks.
- Day 3. Meknes and Volubilis
- Full day sightseeing in Meknes and Volubilis Roman ruins.
- Day 4. Rif Mountains
- Drive to Chefchaouen in Rif Mountains: afternoon orientation
- Day 5. Loubar
- Walk to 14th century mosque and on to Loubar; continue to Mechkrala.
- Day 6. Tetouan
- Walk back to Chefchaouen and drive to Tetouan and on to Asilah on the coast.
- Day 7. Asilah
- Day at leisure in Asilah
- Day 8. Asilah and Tangier
- Morning at leisure in Asilah; afternoon drive to Tangier
- Day 9. Fly to London
