Sea-kayaking along a tranquil coast below sheer cliffs; staying in a rainforest lodge and exploring by elephant; snorkelling in clear, warm water on coral and seeing thousands of iridescent fish. Anyone doing our extension will experience the vibrant city of Bangkok, the nation's dynamic capital.

Day 1. Fly to Krabi
Fly to Krabi in Southern Thailand.
Day 2. Krabi to Ao Nang
Arrive Krabi and drive to Ao Nang.
Day 3. Ao Nang
In Ao Nang; sea-kayaking and relaxing.
Day 4. Khao Sok NP
Drive to Khao Sok National Park.
Day 5. Khao Sok NP
In Khao Sok NP; elephant riding.
Day 6. Koh Lanta Island
Drive and ferry to Koh Lanta Island.
Day 7/8. Koh Lanta
On Koh Lanta. Boat trip to snorkel on coral and time to relax.
Day 9. Krabi to London
Drive to Krabi; fly to London.

If you have time, we recommend a three day stopover at the end of your trip to explore the temples, palaces and markets of the fascinating capital, Bangkok. You can also extend to the fascinating hilltribe villages of Northern Thailand on our Islands & Hilltribes tour.

All children learn about rainforests at school these days and their stay in Khao Sok NP will really bring it to life. They'll also learn about Buddhism by visiting temples and seeing monks.
