Days 1/2. Fly to Kuala Lumpur
Day 3. Batu Caves, fireflies and Pewter
Explore the Hindu shrine the Batu Caves dedicated to Lord Murugun. Make your own pewter dish in at the School of Hard Knocks and in the evening take a boat trip to see the fireflies. (B)
Day 4. Lagoon Theme Park
Includes entrance to a water park, amusement park and a wildlife park - have fun! (B)
Day 5. Elephant sanctuary
Visit the Kuala Gandah elephant orphanage, have a go at bathing and feeding these amazing animals. (B)
Day 6. Taman Negara National Park
Enjoy a day exploring Taman Negara National Park and take a walk through the treetops on the canopy walk. You could also take a river cruise and look out for Asian elephants, tapirs, wild boar, deer and monkeys.
Days 7 - 8. Cameron Highlands
Spend a few days exploring the cooler Cameron Highlands. Take a tour around the tea plantations and honey farms and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this region. Great for walks and bird watching too.
Day 9. Orang Utans and Penang
Take a ferry across to Orang Utan Island and see these amazing primates up close. This island serves as a unique breeding sanctuary, as well as conservation, research and education centre to protect these endangered animals. Continue to Penang Island. (B)
Day 10. Butterfly farm and Penang Tour
Visit a butterfly farm and a batik factory. (B)
Days 11-13. Langkawi Island
Spend a few days relaxing on the beautiful tropical island of Langkawi. Take a boat trip and go snorkelling to see the fascinating marine life under the waves. (B)
Days 14 & 15 Fly to London
Fly to Kuala Lumpur and connect with the overnight flight to London
