This trip takes you right off the beaten track to see the real Africa. You'll be flying by light aircraft to the little-known national park at Saadani to enjoy some bush and beach time. Then, travel on an African train and venture deep into the incredible Selous Game Reserve - the largest in Africa and full of wildlife.
Then you'll cross the beautiful Uluguru Mountains to visit a small rural village at Kododo. The locals here have seen few outsiders and the purpose of our visit is to help fund the school here. Finally, you can take an optional flight to Zanzibar to enjoy its white sand beaches.

- Day 2. Sadaani NP
- Arrive Dar, short flight to Sadaani NP.
- Day 3. Sadaani NP
- Full day game drive and boat safari in Saadani National Park.
- Day 4. Selous
- Take train to Selous Game reserve.
- Day 5. Selous
- Game drives and walks in Selous; visit a traditional Masai village (optional).
- Day 6. Selous
- Optional activites in Selous.
- Day 7. Morogoro
- Drive to Morogoro and stay on a plantation.
- Day 8. Kododo
- Visit remote Kododo Village.
- Day 9. Dar
- Return to Dar es Salaam to connect with your international flight home.
