Soak up the warm Cuban spirit, as you explore the lively city of Havana, see classic American cars, beautiful colonial buildings and learn about its history and culture which has shaped Cuba.
From here we discover the rest of the island, visit the limestone caves in Vinales NP, follow rainforest trails, stay in an eco-lodge, take a boat trip around the Bay of Cienfuegos, and learn about Cuba's revolutionary past as we visit the Piron Giron Museum and Che Guevara Mausoleum. Then its onto the lively and vibrant city of Trinidad, and learn how to salsa, enjoy beautiful, waterfall walks and spend a few days relaxing on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Varadero.
- Day 1. Fly to Havana
- Day 2. Havana
- Walking Havana city tour including Revolutionary Square.
- Day 3. Vinales National Park
- Walks in Vinales NP and visit a tobacco plantation.
- Day 4. Santo Tomas Caves and sleep in an eco-lodge
- Visit Santo Tomas Caves, optional canopy walk and stay in a eco-lodge.
- Day 5. Travel to Cienfuegos visit the Bay of Pigs
- Travel to Cienfuegos via the Zapata Peninsula, Bay of Pigs and visit to the Playa Giron Museum
- Day 6. Bay of Pigs and Trinidad
- Boat trip around the Bay of Cienfuegos, explore lively Trinidad.
- Day 7. Trinidad
- Waterfall walk; PM return to Trinidad and learn to salsa!
- Day 8. Santa Clara
- Visit Che Guevara's monument in Santa Clara; drive to Varadero.
- Day 9/10. Varadero
- Chill out on the white sandy Varadero beaches.
- Day 11/12. Overnight flight to London

- An exciting trip combining culture, activities from walks, zip wires (optional), swimming, opportunity to go snorkelling, salsa dancing and time at the beach. Accommodation is based in comfortable hotels including breakfast, except in Varadero, where you will be staying an all-inclusive resort. Please note, Cuba has to ration all consumer goods so things have to last and may appear a little faded.
