Safari holidays provide a magical close-up experience of some of the world's finest scenery and wildlife. Explore Lake Manyara National Park, which has large numbers of elephant and giraffe, and then head into the Serengeti, perhaps Africa's most prolific reserve, where herds of wildebeest, along with lion and cheetah, can be found. The highlight for many is the Ngorongoro Crater, for its sheer beauty and the huge concentration of animals found all in one place.

- Day 3. Lake Manyara NP
- Drive to Manyara NP; game drive
- Day 4. Serengeti
- Drive via Olduvai Gorge to the Serengeti.
- Day 5. Serengeti
- In the Serengeti; full day of game drives.
- Day 6/7. Ngorongoro Crater
- Drive to Ngorongoro Crater; game drive in the crater.
- Day 8/9. Arusha
- Drive to Arusha; visit curio markets en route. Overnight flight to London via Nairobi
